JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️Filipino national proficient in French language both verbal and written
️Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
️At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
️With Customer Service experience is an advantage
️Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Perform other related tasks needed
