JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak Japanese
JLPT N4 - above Passer or Level
Can work in Makati
With at least BPO/CS0R experience is advantage but not required
Conversational English is okay
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in Communicating with the international network via email and calls
Responsible in doing Online Reservation Management
Will handle Process bookings via email and Monitor booking schedules
Monitor bookings schedules
Process Invoice processing Virtual card payment process.
Perform other tasks needed.
