Job Requirements:
Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
Open to Native, JLPT N1 and N3 Passer or level
Japanese National can speak English
Bachelor's Degree graduate of any related business courses
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance and other relevant fields
Must have at least 2 years experience in using SAP S/4HANA
Ability to configure and implement Vertex Tax rules, rates and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with global transactions.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience in proposal support and solution shaping for ERP engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
Support ERP platform–driven business design and assessment initiatives including value assessment, business case creation, and process re-engineering.
Design and implement SAP Finance solutions utilizing Vertex tax engine / SAP REFX / SAP FICA, ensuring end-to-end process alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current finance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide advisory support on SAP Finance processes and industry best practices for clients.
Participate in proposal and business development activities including RFP responses, effort estimations, and solution design for SAP transformations.
Assist in developing proof of concepts and reusable assets to accelerate delivery for future projects.
Deliver effective presentations and documentation to client and leadership teams.
