Job Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese Language
Open to Native, JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or level.
5 - 10 years experience in Managerial position.
Must have work experience with proficiency in SAP, any module, as a functional consultant and business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
Advise clients on the SAP processes based on leading industry practices
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to end user teams on best practices
Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked in the system
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
Job Responsibilities:
Lead team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities.
Demonstrate unique offerings in any of S/4 HANA capabilities and derive value during design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
Assist with solutions for end-to-end RFPs (request for proposal)
