Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Real Time Analyst
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Optimizes staffing levels by developing forecasts, capacity models, and market analyses, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to business partners.
Leads resource planning across divisional units, acting as a trusted advisor who anticipates potential risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Cultivates strong partnerships through proactive communication of trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate initiatives or business changes that may influence volume or staffing, determining resulting workforce requirements.
Builds and maintains accurate volume forecasts for contact centers or processing operations using advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
Monitors key staffing drivers—volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy—identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain performance.
