Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma holder
With at least 2 to 3 years 'of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role
With experience in coordination activities in relation to events and contract management.
Willing to work in a project based(6months)
Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive project and program support for assigned functional groups or business processes.
Monitors project, program, and system performance, including budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensures adherence to project frameworks and maintains accurate documentation throughout all project phases.
Develops and manages project calendars to support the timely achievement of key milestones.
Delivers technical and operational support, including system training, documentation, data analysis, progress tracking, and configuration tasks.
