Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
Identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and implement sustainable process solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and elevate the customer experience.
Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership to ensure initiatives align with strategic business objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of process improvement professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
With atleast 2 years’ experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting
With sales experience is a plus
Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Can start as soon as possible
