JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Administer government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, ensuring timely remittance and reporting.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR activities.
Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and development.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational objectives.
