JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
Can attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Previous experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is an advantage.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Assist in HR-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding. and employee documentation
