JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting
Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities
Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior
