Position: Mandarin-Fukien Customer Specialist

Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
At least 2nd-year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
No age limit and no gender preferences
3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus
Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Taking inbound calls and providing customer service to local bank credit card customers.
Responsible for any bank-related matters.
Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit cards.
Handle credit card redemptions.
Assist in the redemption of the gift certificate.
Discuss the credit card perks.
Discuss the payment terms and card activation.
Verify the account information and updates.
