JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💥Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
💥Certified Public Accountant.
💥Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are conversational and proficient in Mandarin & English.
💥With at least 5 years of experience in Accounting and finance background and 3-5 years of experience in Managerial roles.
💥With experience in accounting software and ERP systems.
💥Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💥Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department and provide support to the Head of Finance on various projects and tasks as required.
💥Manage tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
💥Ensure the company’s adherence to accounting standards and stay updated on regulatory and best practice changes.
💥Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, offering insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
💥Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
