Our Client, a Commercial Landmark Portfolio Group, is seeking a proactive and technically adept System Analyst to join our IT team at our Hong Kong headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident in engaging directly with business users to understand and translate their needs—particularly in relation to our Property Management System—into effective technology solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, assess, and document both functional and technical requirements
- Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business goals and IT architecture standards
- Develop and maintain scalable system design frameworks and documentation
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
- Oversee the planning and execution of system rollouts, enhancements, and configuration updates
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise system development, deployment, and support
- Strong hands-on experience bridging business and technical teams, with a practical mindset and attention to detail
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing web-based applications, with a solid grasp of UX/UI principles
- Proficient in Angular, JavaScript, and Spring Boot, with experience in microservices architecture and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks is essential
- Additional experience in C#, .NET MVC, and mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
