JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🍃Can speak Hokkien or Fukien and English.
🍃Open to Senior High School, Undergraduates, and Graduates in any courses.
🍃Open to someone who has experience in Customer Service in any industry.
🍃Having 1 year of experience in Sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🍃Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries about the unit.
🍃Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for arranging and conducting site visits, showroom tours, and model unit presentations.
🍃Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
🍃Conduct client presentations to promote condominium projects and available units.
Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, budget, and requirements.
🍃Address inquiries related to pricing, payment terms, project timelines, and unit specifications.
