Position: Section Manager – Field Sales
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Salary Offer: Php 60,000 Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday
Work Set Up: Work on Site
Job Requirements:
💥Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
💥At least 5 years of related work experience.
💥Experience in automotive industry or experience working with dealer networks is an advantage.
💥Emendable to work onsite.
💥Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
💥Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets for a specific territory.
💥Set sales goals for the team and individual representatives, and monitor performance against these targets.
💥Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground support and gather insights.
💥Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
💥Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
