Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)
At least 1 year of sales experience
Real estate experience is a strong advantage
Amenable to start immediately
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila
Job Responsibilities:
Represent clients in property negotiations, securing optimal terms and agreements.
Market properties through online listings, advertising campaigns, and open house events.
Showcase property features to prospective buyers, highlighting key benefits effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage administrative and marketing tasks, including updating listings, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating communications.
