Position: Real Estate Sales Analyst (Work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree holder/ Open for undergraduate
At least 1 year of work experience in sales
Experience for outbound sales and fieldwork is advantage
Willing to report in Binondo, Manila
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance
Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions
Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers
Establish competitive pricing strategies for properties
Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary document
