We are partnering with a leading Hong Kong-based insurance group known for its innovation in digital transformation and customer-centric solutions. As part of their continued investment in InsurTech, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across health and insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance technology projects, with a focus on health-related solutions
- Engage directly with business users to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into actionable plans
- Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain clear communication across business and technical teams
- Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring issues are addressed proactively
- Champion agile practices and continuous improvement across project lifecycles
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record in insurance/ InsurTech/ Health domains
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in health insurance or related sectors
- Fluent Cantonese speaker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycles, vendor coordination, and agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
