Position: Spanish HR Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos who are proficient in Spanish and English.
Open for Senior High School or Undergraduate.
Having 1-2 years experience in HR or Employee Relations.
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations preferably multinational setting.
Solid knowledge in HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems is a plus.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on a night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSILIBILITIES:
Handle onboarding and offboarding in Spanish and English
Implement and improve the company’s HR policies and plans, including training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits, and other HR management tasks.
Manage employee records and personnel information, and handle payroll and benefits calculations.
Help with recruitment and candidate coordination
Perform other daily HR-related tasks.
