Position: Spanish Bilingual Purchase to Pay Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 75,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a week & 4 days WFH after training)
Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos & Filipino-Spanish who are fluent in Spanish and English.
Has a degree in Supply Chain Management, BA, or any related field
Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
Solid understanding of (P2P) processes
Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
Proficient in communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Amendable to work on a night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing and processing purchase requests from internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate supplier data and performance metrics
Specify delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions
Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
Generate payment files and process supplier payments
Review invoices and reconcile payment proposals
Prepare Broker Expense and Bank Reconciliations
Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as required
