Position: Spanish Customer Care Specialist

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
Previous experience in customer support, call center, or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, email, live chat, or ticketing platforms.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on open cases.
Offer accurate information about products, services, billing, and company policies.
