JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Open for Graduates and Undergraduates in College (At Least 2 yrs.)
Previous experience in technical support or IT help desk preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
♦️ Provide technical support to customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, or chat
♦️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
♦️ Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or engineering teams
♦️ Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system
♦️ Provide guidance on product usage, installation, and configuration
♦️ Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
♦️ Contribute to internal knowledge base articles for common technical issues
