JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Non-Native Spanish Speaker
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Open for Graduates and Undergraduates in College (At Least 2 yrs.)
Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies is a plus
Preferably with background in troubleshooting using Spanish
Customer service and technical support experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email
Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
