JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Filipino Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
➢ Good command of English communication skills.
➢ With work experience in a customer service
➢ Basic computer navigation and email handling skills are preferred.
➢ Willing to work on night shifts and rotating schedules.
➢ Open to work onsite in Pasay.
➢ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⬩ Handle Spanish and English calls or emails to assist customers with their concerns or inquiries.
⬩ Provide accurate information and ensure issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner
⬩ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
⬩ Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or coordination is needed.
⬩ Demonstrate excellent customer service by showing patience, active listening, and clear communication.
⬩ Support other team tasks or duties as assigned.
