Our client, a leading financial firm, is enhancing their enterprise-level SimCorp solution for their new OTC asset classes. They are looking for SimCorp specialists, including Project Manager and System Engineers specializing in different modules, including Front Office, Risk & Performance, IBOR, ABOR, Back Office & SWIFT, etc.
As a PM, you will
- Direct cross-functional streams (Front Office, Risk, Operations, etc.) to ensure cohesive project progress.
- Develop and maintain the master project plan, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Act as the central point for business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor coordination.
- Govern the testing and configuration strategy to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Lead go-live planning and post-launch support to ensure operational stability.
You need to have
- Proven PM experience, with 8-10 years in the financial services sector, specifically in asset management or investment technology.
- Direct experience delivering a major front-to-back office system implementation is essential.
- Must understand the full lifecycle of sophisticated financial instruments.
- A strong leader capable of managing complex stakeholder groups and driving projects to completion.
- Professional English proficiency is required; the role is based in Hong Kong.
As a System Engineer, you need to
- Act as the module specialist for a major system implementation of new asset classes.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilization for all module-related functions.
You need to have
- 5+ years in any SimCorp module, including Front Office, Risk & Performance, IBOR, ABOR, Back Office & SWIFT within asset management.
- Good understanding of OTC derivatives and the post-trade lifecycle.
