JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who is fluent in French
Preferably currently residing in Cebu City
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
Customer Service experience is a plus
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
Resolves payment complaints
