JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino national who is fluent in French
✅Preferably currently residing in Cebu City
✅Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
✅Customer Service experience is a plus
✅Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
✅Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
✅Answer and resolve consumer complaints
✅Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
✅Resolves payment complaints
