Requirements:
Filipino can speak, read, and write German language
Graduate of any course
Has Credit and Collections experience
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
Willing to work on a rotational shift and hybrid work set
Has related industry background is an advantage
Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Follow-up calls and the date of collection plans
Remind customers of their bills.
Respond to future debt inquiries by phone, email, and chat on various accounts.
Make daily and monthly updates as well as weekly sheets.
Assist with administrative duties
