JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 1-2 years of experience in billing (order to cash)
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managed full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established financial procedures.
Prepared and issued customer invoices based on completed orders, verifying data accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.
Ensured timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients to facilitate smooth payment processing.
Participated in monthly Accounts Receivable meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account transactions, providing updates and insights on outstanding items.
Reviewed and updated Desktop Procedures (DTP) regularly to ensure alignment with current operational standards and best practices.
Performed additional accounting-related tasks as assigned.
