Position: Purchasing Staff

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Requirements:
Undergraduate are welcome to apply.
With at least 6 months of experience in purchasing.
Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Research, evaluate, and select new suppliers, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to get the best value.
Process purchase orders, reconcile deliveries against orders, and track the status of shipments.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking, coordinating with warehouse staff for storage.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including vendor information, pricing, delivery details, and invoices.
