JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative functions
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage
Willing to work fully onsite JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process employment permits and visas, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
Ensure adherence to labor and immigration laws, maintaining all processes in line with regulations
Maintain accurate and updated employee records to support HR and administrative operations
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation for visitors
Provide administrative support to various internal departments as needed
Oversee factory cleanliness and ensure a safe, well-organized working environment
