The Opportunity:

What You Will Do (The Role):
- Be the Coordinator: Connect with different IT teams (Development, Infrastructure, Cloud) to gather updates on their projects.
- Track the Progress: Use Excel to track the status of important "fix-it" items (like software updates or security patches) and ensure teams are meeting their deadlines.
- Support the Audit: When auditors ask for data, you help collect the evidence from the engineering teams.
- Visualise the Data: Turn raw updates into clear, professional PowerPoint slides and reports for senior management.
- Keep Us Organized: Ensure teams are filling out the right forms and following the correct project steps (we will teach you the framework!).
What You Need (The Requirements):
- Education: Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
The "Must-Haves":
- Great Communicator: You are confident chasing people for updates and speaking to different stakeholders (English & Chinese).
- Excel & PPT Whiz: You are comfortable with VLookups, Pivot Tables, and making slides look professional.
- Detail Oriented: You spot the mistakes others miss.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a Bank, Insurance firm, or IT consultancy (even an internship!).
- Basic understanding of Agile or how software is built.
- Immediate Availability is a huge plus!
