JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Native Japanese Speaker
This opportunity is for a 12–18 months project based in Japan
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Marketing or any related courses
With excellent project management skills and are an expert on relevant tools and methodologies.
Knowledge in print, digital, video, presentations, etc.
Knowledgeable in current trends in traditional and new media (augmented/virtual reality, social media, etc.)
Ability to lead and mentor colleagues and freelancers and managing vendors
Experiences handling clients/stakeholders and excellent problem solving skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to be a strategic thinker who understand people, design, business and technology
Collaborate closely with colleagues, requesters and internal departments
Overseeing and managing incoming requests received from the Design Studios Team
Lead projects with an international team where necessary and pair with a creative specialist team establishing frameworks and visions.
In charge of all operational tasks such as managing internal and external resources
Monitoring deadline and iterations, organizing vendors and checking invoices
Negotiate and Monitor deadlines, oversee weekly report performance and coordinate and plan the capacities of the PM team
Coordinating meetings such as client meetings and scoping calls, creating and updating manuals for the PMs and managing communication among PMs
Developing and implementing trainings, holding meetings, brainstorming sessions
Managing project timelines in collaboration with Design Studio Managers
