Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in payroll or a similar HR job (usually 1-3 years).
With at least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Amenable to attend interview
Amenable work on site in SUBIC.
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure employee records in the payroll system are current and accurate, including personal information, salary changes, leave data, and deductions.
Check and verify timecards or attendance logs to ensure payroll is calculated correctly.
Address and resolve employee questions related to pay issues, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns.
Protect the confidentiality of payroll data in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
Use HR and payroll platforms to keep system data accurate, troubleshoot problems, and apply required updates.
