JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino candidates proficient in Portuguese and English
Open to foreign nationals holding a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
With at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
Willing to work onsite and on a rotational schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
Perform other related tasks needed
