COMPANY PROFILE: This is a well-known Japanese Travel Services Firm. They have already been in the industry for over 45 years and counting. They have branches all over the world, and they opened a branch in the Philippines. They are looking for a Japanese Speaker who will handle inquiries from clients or customers related to travel.
Position: Japanese General Travel Staff - CSR
Company Industry: Japanese Travel Agency/Japanese Company
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite (Hybrid Set-up upon regularization)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak Japanese and English (Conversational English is okay)
At least N3 Level and above in Japanese
With working experiences using GDS - Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Opera, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Travelport etc.) - 6 months and above
Experience in the Travel and Leisure Industry is a big plus
Having at least BPO/CSR experience is an advantage, but not required
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Equivalent Courses
Willing to work in Makati City
Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be able to communicate with client/s using Japanese language via emails, chat, and calls
Data encoding
Online Reservation Management
Process booking via email or call
Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email or call
Monitor booking schedules
