Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1 year working experience in administrative role
Experience working with ERP software system is advantage
Knowledgeable in accounting and taxation role is a plus
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.
Handling customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.
Preparing accurate monthly accounts receivable reports
Processing Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customer’s credit applications.
Coordinating with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
