Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineering Manager to spearhead secure, automated, and scalable software delivery across their enterprise platforms. This role manages large-scale CI/CD/CT operations and leads an engineering team in China in integrating automation and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the enterprise platforms to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide operational support and maintenance for large-scale applications.
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and performance tracking tools.
- Drive DevOps practices, including release automation and self-healing systems.
- Leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance DevSecOps capabilities and productivity.
- Assist in compliance and security audit activities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience with strong coding abilities.
- Experience in DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Proficient with container tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid system administration skills for Linux/Windows in cloud settings.
- Experience with automated build scripts and CI/CD frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile, APIs, RDBMS, OOP, and containerized deployments.
- Exposure to DevOps concepts like toil elimination and chaos engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English proficiency.
