Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is launching enterprise-level wealth management OTC trading and workflow digitalization projects. They are looking for strong technical BA/ PM candidates with Java development knowledge at all levels to join the expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and specify business needs from stakeholders.
- Analyze processes and systems to identify improvements.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints and requirements.
- Collaborate with Java developers in China on technical design and code reviews
- Support project tracking, solution validation, and user training.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid project management/ BA working experience in the financial industry (capital markets/investment products).
- Technical background with Java modern development
- For senior candidates with 10+ years of experience, a strong knowledge of financial instruments/ regulations, and a trading/ wealth management system is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
