Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Technical Security Manager to join their defense team, focusing on Threat Intelligence and Identity Security implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Handling: Act as a key responder for cyber incidents; investigate alerts, analyze root causes, and coordinate containment efforts.
- Threat Analysis: Monitor threat feeds and security dashboards to detect anomalies; recommend and implement technical mitigations.
- PAM Administration: Manage the Privilege Account Management (PAM) platforms (e.g., CyberArk); ensure proper onboarding of accounts and system maintenance.
- Technical Implementation: Work with infrastructure teams to deploy and configure security controls (Firewalls, EDR, Cloud Security).
- Operations Support: Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and ensure day-to-day security operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of technical experience in Cyber Security.
- Hands-on background in SOC/Incident Response OR PAM/Identity Management.
- Technical proficiency with security tools (SIEM, CyberArk, EDR solutions).
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with various technical teams.
- A holder of CISSP, CISA, or GCIH/OSCP is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
