With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy and professionalism
Process customer transactions and orders efficiently
Manage and maintain data and information records
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
