JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 2 years of working experience in the development of HMO/Medical Insurance Services of the company
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to attend face to face interview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify business challenges and support the development and delivery of effective services and solutions
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, generate innovative service offerings, and stay informed on current industry trends
Develop marketing plans to promote the business, healthcare services, utilization management, and TPA programs
Propose and create new services, products, or cost-efficient initiatives to enhance business performance
Implement and monitor strategic plans to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
