JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
3 years supervisory experience in accounting processes.
Experience in PEZA and BIR is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite.
Willing to work as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage all activities of the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Monitor and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements from BIR, PSA, the Insurance Commission, and PEZA.
Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for management review.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries.
Review and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Implement and improve financial policies, internal controls, and accounting processes.
