Job Description / Responsibilities
The Vice President – Retail Sales will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the company’s nationwide retail sales operations. This executive role ensures the achievement of revenue targets, expansion goals, and overall profitability. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives.
Strengthen relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize retail performance.
Establish KPIs and monitor sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Mentor, guide, and develop the retail sales leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Strong background in multi-store management, retail chain operations, and revenue growth strategies.
Proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets and driving large-scale retail initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to manage complex operations.
Amenable to travel as required for store visits and business meetings.
