Position: Japanese Leader Instructor (JLPT N1, N2 Passer Only)

Work Location: Marikina
Work Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Requirements:
Open to Filipino with JLPT N1 and N2 Passer or Non-passer
At Least 2 year course in College
Must be proficient in English Language
With a strong teaching background
Willing to work onsite
Willing to relocate in Marikina
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a team of instructors.
Ensuring high-quality language instruction.
Maintaining student satisfaction and progress.
Closely coordinating with Japan staff regarding training schedule, concerns about the curriculum
Conducting exit interview with the students
Creation of plans and counter measure to improve the teaching method
Conducting orientation of newly hired teachers
Communicate departmental needs and progress to school administration.
Promote the importance and value of Japanese language education within the institution
Foster a collaborative and supportive departmental culture through regular meetings and team-building initiatives.
Guide and support Japanese language teachers in lesson planning, classroom management
