Requirements of the Job:
Open to Filipino who can speak N1/N2/N3 Level Passer or Non Passer
Preferably Proficient in Japanese is an advantage
English is also required
With Culture in Japan and Knowledge Is A Plus
Flexible and can handle administrative tasks.
Open to Graduate or undergraduate applicants can apply.

Responsibilities of the Job:
Manage daily dispatch operations, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring timely deployments to Japan.
Maintain accurate records such as itineraries, compliance files, and travel documents.
Serve as a liaison with clients by conducting interviews, addressing concerns, and providing high-level support.
Handle client logistics such as meals, airport transfers, and general hospitality during their stay.
