JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N1 and N2 Passer
Open for JLPT non-passers with N1 and N2 proficiency
Open to Japanese Nationals with a Permanent Visa
At least conversational in English
Open to High School and College undergraduates with relevant experience (Technical Support/Technical Help Desk & BPO/CSR experience)
Know how to use a computer and Microsoft software
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
Willing to work in Pasay City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chat conversations professionally
Provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and assist with online security inquiries.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer problems, products, services, or technical issues through step-by-step guidance
Accurately log and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or other departments when necessary
Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.
All other duties as assigned
