Position: Vice President (Retail Operations & Sales)
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize sales performance.
Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize retail execution and drive cross-functional alignment.
Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to build a high-performing, results-driven organization.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
