Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Process customer transactions and orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Manage, update, and maintain customer data and information records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall team operations.
