Position: Japanese DevOps or Cloud Operations Support Specialist

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Dayshift/Midshift/Nightshift)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x WFH every week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino who speak Japanese
Can speak, read, and write Japanese Language fluently
Open to N1, N2, and N3 Passers or Level
Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in application surpport/cloud operations support (Azure, AWS)
Must have experience and knowledge in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SQL, and Office Applications
Fluent in soft skills like communicating with Japanese and Filipino
Open to degree holders and undergraduate
Can work in a hybrid and shifting set-up in Cebu
Open to applicants outside of Cebu as long as willing to relocate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Getting involved and assisting incident or problem management processes
Settle outage and escalation processes by properly documenting incidents, resolutions, and contributing to the knowledge base
Troubleshoot and assist users by debugging, reading scripts, and basic code analysis; ensuring timely resolution of issues
In troubleshooting and assisting users, support tickets using JIRA and Confluence must be managed
Support systems running on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Can collaborate and coordinate with internal and external support teams to resolve complex user issues
Keep a close eye on the application performance and track/monitor its flaws and improvements
