Work Schedule: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri), weekends off

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National
At least Conversational level in English
Filipino National can speak, read, and write in Japanese
JLPT N1-N2 or Level as long as can speak fluent in Japanese
Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Java Experience: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and extensive experience in system engineering, preferably 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Java system engineering and project management roles, preferably with a track record of successfully delivering Java-based projects.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects from initiation to completion. Ability to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively. Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Ability to provide clear guidance, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in implementing quality assurance processes and conducting thorough testing to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices is desirable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing the e-commerce system 'Samurai Cart' and the marketing automation system 'MOTENASU' with CRM integration based in Cebu as well as quality control and suggesting enhancements to UI/UX.
We encourage individuals who are ready to progress from PG/SE to PL/PM roles, overseeing significant projects. We will consider technical background and career aspirations during the evaluation process.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a new system. Currently, we are in the process of integrating a new Java system with an existing PHP system.
